The materials we work with have a number
of interesting properties. Properties that can
be used if only you have an idea how?
We draw our ideas from life, and since there
are sailors among us, we took one of the
banal, everyday problems of every cruise -
cotton bedding serviced by a charter
company.
After two days, such bedding is damp and
after three days it starts to smell of mold.
Thanks to an appropriately set dew point, we
designed a natural material for bedding,
which even on long cruises does not absorb
sea moisture.
The result of it - the bedding remains dry, odorless
and provides high sleeping comfort in bunks.
At first glance, sea charters are an inconspicuous
market. However, it is worth noting that around 1.6
million sea yacht charters take place worldwide each
year.
The largest number of charters take place
in Europe (600,000. The sea charter market is worth
over $2.5 billion annually. The number of sailors
who regularly charter yachts only in European
waters reaches 36 million people per year. The
number of charters will grow in the coming years,
mainly due to the increase in demand from
customers from developing countries.
